La Trappe (Koningshoeven)
The abbey of Koningshoeven in Berkel-Enschot, in the Netherlands, has brewed since 1884. In 1999 it went into partnership with Bavaria, now Royal Swinkels, which owns the brewing company outright; the monks still oversee the brewing, and the beers keep the Authentic Trappist Product label. The range runs from Puur, a single, through Blond, Dubbel and Tripel to a quadrupel and a white beer.
