Hacker-Pschorr
A brewery on the site of the Altes Hackerhaus in Munich is first named in 1417. Joseph Pschorr bought the Hacker brewery from his father-in-law in 1793; after his death the Hacker and Pschorr breweries were split between two sons and joined again only in 1972. The brand now belongs to the Paulaner group, and it supplies two Oktoberfest tents. The BJCP lists its beers across the Munich styles: Helles, Dunkel, Märzen, Weissbier, Festbier and Hubertus, a helles bock.
