Gaffel | BeerCorp

The Becker brothers took over the old Eigelstein brewery tavern on 24 May 1908 and named it after Cologne’s medieval Gaffeln, the guild associations. The family partnership is in its fourth generation and has brewed in Porz-Gremberghoven since 2016. In September 2025 Gaffel took over the brewing and sale of Mühlen Kölsch, which German Wikipedia says made it the largest Kölsch brewer. Gaffel Kölsch and Mühlen Kölsch are both classic Kölsch.
