Browar Fortuna
Władysław Rabski founded the brewery in 1889, a Polish-owned steam brewery in what was then Prussian Posen. Nationalised after 1945, it went back to the owners’ heirs in 1995 and reopened in 1997. The company IBG bought it in 2011 and then the Grodzisk brewery in 2012. It ferments its Miłosław lagers in open vessels, and its Komes range includes a Baltic porter.
