Cervecería Cielito Lindo

Grupo Cielito Lindo, founded by Héctor Vielma and named after Quirino Mendoza’s song, began building its brewery near Guadalajara in 2018, and its beers reached the market in 2022. Apart from Vielma, women run the company, with Laura Peña as head brewer. Its first range included a beer of 3.5% brewed with 26% Jalisco maize, a Vienna lager, a hefeweizen and a session IPA. In December 2023 the group bought the brands, recipes and equipment of Minerva, which it now brews.
