Cervecería Berlina
The brothers Franco, Guido and Bruno Ferrari founded Berlina in Bariloche in 2004 with a brewpub on the Bustillo road, and moved brewing to Colonia Suiza, at the foot of the Andes, in 2008. Bruno Ferrari trained as a Braumeister at VLB Berlin. Berlina uses El Bolsón hops, adds rose hip or juniper to some seasonal beers and calls itself an independent craft brewery that has exported for more than a decade. It also distils a Patagonian single malt, first made in 2015, and makes cider and wine. Its best-known beers are a golden ale, an English IPA, a foreign stout and a seasonal old ale.
