CBN has brewed Paceña in La Paz since 1886, at almost 3,600 metres, where water boils at about 89 °C and the wort is boiled under pressure. It also runs the old Huari brewery on the Oruro altiplano. CBN belongs to AB InBev and brews about 90% of Bolivia’s beer. Beer from the Andes to the Caribbean tells the story.
