Brasserie 3 Monts (Saint-Sylvestre)

Rémi Ricour bought the brewery at Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel in 1920, and four generations of his family have run it independently since. Long known as the Brasserie de Saint-Sylvestre, it took the name of its best-known beer in 2019. 3 Monts Blonde is one of the BJCP’s examples of bière de garde.
