Brasserie Pietra

Armelle and Dominique Sialelli founded Pietra at Furiani in 1996 and brewed the first Corsican beer; the name comes from Pietraserena, the family’s home village. Pietra is a bottom-fermented lager made with Corsican chestnut flour, and the brewery also uses a wild yeast from chestnut flowers. The Sialelli family still runs it, with the associate David Dary.
