Omnipollo

The brewer Henok Fentie and the artist Karl Grandin founded Omnipollo in Stockholm in 2010 or 2011; the name joins “omnipotent” and the Spanish pollo, chicken. For about ten years it brewed at other breweries, starting with Leon at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium, and its can art became part of its fame. Its double IPA Nebuchadnezzar was named best beer at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival in 2012. In 2020 and 2021 it built its own brewery in a former mission church in Sundbyberg.
