Pivovar Matuška
The brewmaster Martin Matuška, in the trade since 1981, started the brewery on Easter Monday, 13 April 2009, first in a garage at Broumy. Its Raptor, the brewery’s first IPA, combines Czech and American hops at 15° and 6.3%, with 55 IBU, and was one of the first IPAs brewed in Bohemia. The brewery calls it simply an IPA.
