Cervejaria Liffey
Liffey was founded in 2013 and has its brewery and pub at Pedra Branca in Palhoça, near Florianópolis, with bars in the city. Its Coroa Real, with pineapple and mint, at 4.2%, is called the first Catharina Sour, first brewed in April 2016; Idney Nuno José of Liffey worked out the recipe with Fernando Lapolli of Cerveja Blumenau, and the BJCP lists it as an example. The rest of the range looks to Europe: a Berliner Weisse, Black Ink, a Baltic porter, Freud Explica, a Vienna lager, a Munich dunkel, Maria Fumaça, a Rauchbier, and a wee heavy.

Munich Dunkel
