De Halve Maan
The Maes family bought the brewery in the centre of Bruges in 1856, and Xavier Vanneste runs it as the sixth generation. In 2016 it laid an underground pipeline to carry beer from the historic brewery to its new bottling plant. Brugse Zot comes as a blond and a dubbel, Straffe Hendrik as a tripel and a quadrupel, and Blanche de Bruges is a witbier.
