Garage Beer Co

James Welsh and Alberto Zamborlin met at Steve Huxley’s brewing school in Barcelona and opened their brewpub in an old paper factory in the Eixample on 28 January 2015. In 2016 a crowdfunding round raised 500,000 euros from 228 investors in seven days, and they built a brewery in Sant Andreu. Soup, a hazy IPA of 6% with Citra and Mosaic hops, is the brewery’s classic.
