Cervejaria Eisenbahn
Juliano Mendes, his brother Bruno and their father Jarbas founded Eisenbahn in Blumenau in 2002; Juliano had seen the American craft boom in 1997 and wanted the city of Brazil’s biggest Oktoberfest to have its own brewery. The name is German for railway, after an old line beside the factory. Schincariol bought Eisenbahn in May 2008, and it passed to HEINEKEN Brasil in 2017; its sales grew by 10–19% in 2025. The factory bar at Salto Weissbach reopened on 20 October 2026 as EisenHaus, pouring Pilsen, American IPA, Pale Ale and a Weizenbier.
