Cervezas Domus

Fernando Campoy began brewing at home in Toledo in 2003 and set up the company in 2007. In 2010 Domus launched Aurea, a golden, low-bitterness beer of 5.4% that it calls a Spanish IPA and presents as Spain’s first IPA. It moved from a garage to an industrial unit in 2012, began exporting in 2014 and makes about 200,000 litres a year. Domus Summa is a Scotch ale brewed with honey, a wee heavy.
