Brasserie Castelain (Ch'ti)
The Delomel brothers founded the brewery at Bénifontaine, in the Pas-de-Calais, in 1926. Roland and Marie-Louise Castelain took it over in 1966, and the launch of Ch’ti in 1979 made the family business; Nicolas Castelain has run it since 2018. Ch’ti Blonde and Ch’ti Ambrée are both bières de garde.
