Border Psycho Brewery
The brothers Roberto and Javier Albarrán left banking to found Border Psycho in Tijuana in 2012, after tasting beers in the south and west of the United States; the name joins the border with their own madness. Most of their early beers ran above 8%. Brutal, an imperial stout, and a cream ale lead the range. The brewery sells across much of Mexico and in California and runs bars on Avenida Revolución and in Playas de Tijuana.
