Cervecería Blest
Nicolás Silin and Julio Migoya, who worked at the state technology company INVAP, began test brews in the summer of 1989 on equipment they built themselves, since there were no suppliers to buy from. They named the brewery after the Blest arm of Lake Nahuel Huapi, and it is called the first craft beer of Bariloche. Blest uses fruit and honey from the Comarca Andina and grows its own hops. Its range runs from a Scotch, an IPA and a Pilsen to a NEIPA, a Mexican lager and a black IPA.
