Bayerischer Bahnhof (Leipzig)

Gose had almost died out in Leipzig after the Döllnitz brewery was dismantled in 1945. In 2000 the brewery owner Thomas Schneider of Weißenburg opened a tavern with its own Gose brewery in the restored west wing of Leipzig’s old Bayerischer Bahnhof railway station. The BJCP lists its Leipziger Gose as a classic Gose and its Berliner Style Weisse as a Berliner Weisse.
