Wicklow Wolf Brewing

Quincey Fennelly and Simon Lynch founded Wicklow Wolf in 2014. The brewery grows its own hops on a 10-acre farm at Roundwood, County Wicklow, and brews at Newtownmountkennedy. Its core range runs from Elevation, a pale ale of 4.8%, and Mammoth, a West Coast IPA, to Wildfire, a modern, hoppy Irish red ale, and Apex, an oatmeal stout.
