Whiplash

Alex Lawes and Alan Wolfe set up Whiplash in 2016, and it began as a weekend project making one-off beers. Its core beers are Body Riddle, a pale ale, and Rollover, a session IPA; Note to Self is a gluten-free West Coast IPA. Alex Lawes, who also co-founded Dublin’s Fidelity bar, died in March 2026.
