Way Beer

Way Beer brews in Pinhais, on the edge of Curitiba; it gives 2009 as its founding year, and Portuguese Wikipedia names the master brewers Alessandro Oliveira and Alejandro Winocur as founders. Its Pale Ale was best of style at the first Prêmio Maxim in 2014, the year RateBeer named it the best brewery in Brazil, and it began exporting to the United States in 2015. Way Beer works with local ingredients, spontaneous fermentation and ageing in Brazilian woods such as amburana, and has run its Sour Me Not series since 2017. It says it has made more than 650 beers.
