U Fleků
The house’s first written record dates from 1499, when the maltster Vít Skřemenec bought it; it takes its name from Jakub Flekovský, who bought it in 1762. U Fleků brews one beer, a dark 13° lager made with four malts, and pours it only on the premises, about 2,800 hectolitres a year. The Brtník family got the brewery back in 1991, after the fall of the Communist regime. The football club Hajduk Split was founded here in 1911.
