Cervecería Tübinger

The German businessman Christoph Flaskamp founded Tübinger in 2007, and Cervecería Principal, led by the Irish businessman Martin Flannery, has run it since the early 2010s. It brews at Pirque, with capacity for about 90,000 litres a month, and has taprooms at the brewery and in Providencia and Las Condes. Its Irish Red Ale was named World’s Best Amber at the 2025 World Beer Awards.
