Trouble Brewing
Three friends, Paul, Tom and Stephen, founded Trouble Brewing in 2010 in a unit the size of two garages in Allenwood, County Kildare, on a second-hand brewkit shipped from Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Wikipedia gives 2009. Around 2014 it moved to premises about ten times larger in Kill. Stephen Clinch and Brian Treacy own it today. Its Dark Arts is, in the brewery’s words, a rich and traditional porter.
