Trillium Brewing Company
JC and Esther Tetreault opened Trillium on 21 March 2013 in a small space on Congress Street in Boston’s Fort Point, with a New England farmhouse brewery in mind. It now brews in Canton and has taprooms in Fort Point and Fenway and a farm in North Stonington, Connecticut. RateBeer ranked it the third-best brewery in the world from 2016 to 2019. Congress Street is the BJCP’s example of a hazy IPA and Secret Stairs of an American stout; Daily Serving is a series of fruited Berliner Weisse.
