To Øl

Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen learned to brew after school from their teacher, Mikkeller’s Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, and set up To Øl as a company in 2010. For nine years it brewed on other breweries’ kit, mostly at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium. In 2016 it opened BRUS, a brewpub in a former iron foundry in Copenhagen, and in 2019 it took over the old Beauvais ketchup factory at Svinninge, To Øl City, where it has brewed since 2020.
