Cervecería Manush
Martín García, a food engineer, came back to Bariloche in 2005 and set up a brewery in the family garage with steel barrels from a scrapyard; that spring he sold his first pale ales at a mountain refuge where his sister worked. Manush now brews in Dina Huapi, next to Bariloche, and three García brothers own it. It uses mostly hops from El Bolsón and Lago Puelo, sells half its beer in cans, and its best-known beer is an IPA, followed by a milk stout and a honey beer.
