Cervecería LOA
Nicolás Forti and Javier Cueto, friends since the age of five, set up LOA after university, around 2019. It has doubled its sales every year since the pandemic and claims to lead Chilean craft brewing by volume, a claim other producers accept: it expected to brew about 2 million of the sector’s 8 million litres in 2025. LOA brews in Quilicura, employs 30 people and delivers to more than 1,000 customers. Entrenubes, its pale lager, was named the world’s best Helles at the 2024 World Beer Awards; Minga Loca is a West Coast IPA and Flor de Truco a hazy IPA.
