Eight Degrees Brewing
Scott Baigent from New Zealand and Cam Wallace from Australia founded the brewery in 2010, below the Galtee Mountains. Irish Distillers, the maker of Jameson, bought it in 2018 to secure beer-seasoned barrels for its Caskmates whiskey; the founders bought it back in January 2024. Its range includes Sunburnt, an Irish red, and Bojanter, an Irish stout.
