Cloudwater
Paul Jones and James Campbell, formerly of Marble, founded Cloudwater in 2014 and began brewing in Manchester in February 2015. Instead of a fixed range it brewed seasonal beers, and its double IPAs drew the most praise: RateBeer ranked it second in the world in 2017. It was among the first UK craft breweries to use 440 ml cans.
