Cervecería Bizarra
Mariano Mazzolla’s Bizarra builds each beer around a circus character: Igor for its American IPA, Tania the snake charmer for a blonde ale aged with American oak, Harry for a breakfast oatmeal stout and Ámbar the trapeze artist for an amber ale matured with maple wood. It also makes wine under the same name. Its mild IPA won a Brew Master award in 2019.
