Cerveja Avós
Junior Bottura left advertising and started Cerveja Avós in São Paulo in March 2016, naming it for his grandmothers and great-grandmothers. After its first year it decided to brew only lagers, following the success of Vó Maria In Concert, which Cervejar calls Brazil’s first canned India pale lager. By 2023 it had released more than 220 labels and opened a second house in Taubaté. The Avós do Brasil series includes a German pils, and Baltic Negroni is a Baltic porter.

German Pils
